A resistive fluid sensor and pump control unit. It is fully waterproofed and utilises protected power MOSFET switching technology. By using solid state technology, power consumption and heat generation are reduced to an absolute minimum.

Solid State Pump Control Unit. A low current pump control system with adjustable automatic pump run time from 30-120secs. The unit is compatible with most types of sensors including C-BE51 optical sensor, C-BE55 resistive sensor, bilge float switches and capacitance type level sensors. The pulsed system will allow for momentary splashing without triggering the pump.

A system primarily aimed at commercial and work boats which monitors fluid levels in up to four areas simultaneously. The unit is fitted with a sensor entry gland for up to four C-BE51 sensors and a remote output for alarm or beacon.

A versatile alarm panel that can monitor up to 4 independent areas using either specialist sensors or simple switch contacts. This enables the unit to monitor areas such as bilge and tank levels, engine temperature, gas levels, open hatches/doors etc. or any combination. Rugged solid state design. 12 or 24V DC supply. Reverse polarity and transient voltage protected.Very low current consumption; pulsed sensor outputs reduce current use.

An intelligent level alarm unit that can independently monitor liquids to either high or low levels. Can be used for monitoring bilge and compartment levels, holding tanks etc. Independent inputs can be set for either "high" or "low" level fluid monitoring. Panel mount with simple terminal block connections make for easy installation.

C-BE51 & C-BE55 Sensors

C-BE51 OPTICAL SENSOR. When connected to a suitable control unit the pulsing circuit will detect fluids via the optical sensor. When immersed in fluid the detector acknowledges the presence of liquid and triggers the alarm. Supplied with a 10m lead.

C-BE55 RESISTIVE SENSOR. Fitted with two probes. When the probes are immersed in water the detector is activated and triggers the alarm. Supplied with a 10m lead.

Special Projects

We design and develop flood detection units to meet specific customer requirements. Past Naval projects include sensors and control boxes to meet extreme environmental conditions including shock loading, extreme temperatures and a variety of voltage inputs. Systems can also be tailored to give audible and/or visual warnings of a flood situation.
